Review of Bhagwansingh's & Dansteel Ltd

Their customer service is extremely poor. I would consider it unacceptable for such a big company. They should consider hiring a bigger more competent staff. Especially for taking phone calls so customers would not have to spend the entire day trying to get information. Come on you guys can do much better...
