This is the most Horrible place to take your business to...hired them to cover my brother's funeral, paid them in full and I am still waiting for the job to be done... they didn't follow the instructions given.. the cover of the dvd's were not done to my requirement, every time I went to pick up the product the facility was closed. The woman made numerous excuses. I had to return to new York without actually receiving the finished work.. since January 19th my contacts having been trying to straighten the mess out to no avail.... horrible service..
