Kanmic Supermarket - Arouca, Trinidad and Tobago

I live at Bonair gardens Arouca, I have just retired so I shop at your supermarket in the mall/plaza in Bonair Gardens on a regular basis, now. I have noticed on a number of occasions that certain items I purchase have picked up the scent of soap/ detergent.

The first instance, I purchased fries, this I returned and was reimbursed my money. The other item was buss up shot, which I purchased for my son, who does not live in Bonair. The last item was bagels (GFS Cinnamon Raisin Bagels) which I purchased yesterday. As I opened the bag this morning to prepare breakfast, I got the strong scent of soap and the bagel tasted like soap.

As you will be aware all these items are in freezers close to where the soaps and other detergents are stored.

I would suggest, if I may, that you investigate this to see how you can move the detergents from the area where the freezers are, i do understand the challenge you have with space.

I have also come to the conclusion not to purslane these items which are stored in those freezers.
