Perfume spray not working..faulty product.

I have been trying to call from the numbers I see online but cannot get through..weeks now
I need to speak to someone.

I do not plan to visit Trinidad soon...so what do I do..I have a bottle of coco Chanel perfume that does not work..

Disappointed

I recently purchased 2 bottles of Hennessey White at Piarco Trinidad. Got on my flight and never never received my purchases. Emailed the store twice still waiting on a response
