Review Substandard Service.

I had the unfortunate experience of trying to get information from this company today. The person I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. She would bearly answer me, kept taking other calls and kept saying she would ring me back...she never did. By day end I called 3 times and still don't know what lease payments I have to pay. I'm disgusted with this substandard service.
