Review POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The staff is very rude and unpolite and very spiteful.I left some documents there to copy and next day (midday)when I return one of the staff telling me " I have to take my time and wait".That was a joke to others!!! The document was not touched since I left it. Poor customer service
