I've been using TeleScotia since 1998 on the same Vista 350 screen phone and have been very satisfied with it until recently. I prefer telebanking to online banking. Last year, I replaced my Vista 350 with a new Vista 390 screen phone. TeleScotia worked fine as usual on the new phone until a few months later (last April) when suddenly the screen option for bill payment account options would not come up (voice prompts continued as normal). Screen kept defaulting to the bill company name instead of showing accounts from which I could choose to pay my bill. All other screen features/options (i.e. account information, etc.) work fine. Now I'm only able to pay my bills using the touchtone feature on my screenphone. Many calls to TeleScotia agents for help have been unsuccessful as has been approaching my Scotiabank branch and landline provider (Bell). I even borrowed another screen phone with the same result (so I know it's not my new phone). According to everyone, everything checks out ok and my branch is now waiting to hear from IBM (it's been almost a month since I've received any updates from them). I'd really like to get it resolved. Very disappointed.
