I contacted lady in red car rentals two weeks prior to our trip,d day b4 of trip I called again to confirm bookins for a car,I ws travellin on standby frm trinidad wit my 3 kids all under d age of 6 ,,around 2pm at d airport we got boardin passes for 5 05 pm so I called lady in red bac an told her we wud arrive in tobago by 530 pm so she cud send d vehicle at 5 45pm, wen we finally arrived in tobago 12 hours after bein on standby,I called 4 our pickup an dis woman had d nerve to tell me dat she doh understand hw d secretary made d mixup an rented our vehicle we booked 2 weeks in advance to sumone else an dat she had no more vehicles in her yard,so we had to hire a taxi to take us to other car rentals bt everyone ws already booked out,dis woman is money hungry an don't care about pple,she is one of d most selfish business pple I hav ever had encounters wit an wil let all my family an friends knw d kindda person she is,she wil take ur bookings bt wen its peak time like nw she wil giv ur car away an leave u stranded if sumone else cums in her place wit cash at hand b4 u do, plz read d other reviews dat other pple hav posted..I had my 3 kids hungry an tired almost out of formular for d kids an stil had to drive around an search for a rental to take us around,so wee r stil in our hotel wit no rental so we jus hav to spend d rest of our vacation here nt visitin ather beaches bcuz of dis selfish money hungry woman
