Covenant Life Transformation Ministries - San Juan, Trinidad and Tobago

Covenant Life Transformation Ministries was founded by Kent & Renee Jacob in 2013. Three to four years of intense prayer, research and counsel regarding the birthing of the ministry was followed be an initial vision casting meeting, which preceded six weeks of prayer meetings at a rented facility at #3 Mt. Hope Road, Mount Hope. The first official worship services was held at that location on September 01, 2013.

Kent and Renee were officially installed, as the Pastors of the church, by Bishop Bertril Baird, who provided
Apostolic Oversight for the ministry and profound fatherly counsel and guidance prior to its commencement.

Covenant Life Transformation Ministries has been established for the purpose of equipping and empowering individuals to become authentic Disciples of Christ.

This shall be accomplished through the process of edification, exhortation and mentorship, as well as by facilitating an environment where each one can experience God and be rooted in the New Covenant, which Christ has established.

Prior to the establishment of this ministry, Pastor Kent had been serving the Lord for twenty years. He was
actively involved in pulpit ministry and supportive ministries for over nineteen years.

Pastor Kent continue to express sincere appreciation to God for Gregory and Annette Grant from Brocton, Massachusetts, USA who are also founding directors of the ministry, and the four other families that stood with his family during the incipient stage of the ministry. These are Sandra Bissoon and her daughter Kimberly; Ishmael Hosein and his daughter Reyhana; Theresa Deonarinesingh, her son Vasco and daughter-in-law Samantha; Rasheed and Ria Rampersad together with their sons Rashad and Rajeev.
Several other families and individuals came to connect with the ministry as the Holy Spirit added to the church daily. One month after the official start of the ministry, seven souls followed the Lord in Water Baptism. Fifteen souls were baptised and much more backsliders were restored before the end of the first year in ministry. We continue to praise God for His saving grace.

Covenant Life Transformation Ministries exists to equip and empower individuals to become authentic Disciples of Christ, through the process of edification, exhortation and mentorship, so that we can experience God through the New Covenant in Christ.

VISION STATEMENT
Covenant Life Transformation Ministries shall become an internationally recognised multi-congregational ministry that produces victorious Christian Disciples of faith, character and purpose, who are committed first to the Kingdom of God.
