Tropical Express Courier - St. Clair, Trinidad and Tobago

They don't even deserve one star!! Nearly two weeks now and no package showing up... they are trying to save money by not hiring extra hands for the Christmas season. They have about 5 workers and a million packages. They claim they are just sending it to Trinidad without checking them into the system in Miami. That is the reason things get lost. I will NEVER send anything with them again!! The staff members are extremely rude. It feels like I have to beg for stuff I paid for. They also deliver damaged goods and the Supervisor, Jeanette said "You are taking a risk by shipping items and we can't do anything to help". The owner also said "If I refund everyone who received damaged goods, I will be out of business" Worst company! Do not use!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a shipping service! I placed an order two months ago and I still haven't received my package as yet. The worst part is that everytime I call them they tell me call them next two days or so and when I do they say my package isn't ready and tell me call back tomorrow or the day after and with no compensation. I am frustrated and I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone!!
